AI Platform Labels
This page lists the key terms and clauses that are extractable with AI Platform. Use this list to determine what you can extract from contracts during import or third party review. Labels that are only supported by a Cognizer model can only be accessed by U.S. hosted customers.
To update your available list of labels, you can do any of the following:
- Navigate to Setup > Integrations and click Configure under AI.
- Create a new Machine Learning action.
- Edit an existing Machine Learning action.
- If the AI Platform Region global variable is added.
- If the AI Platform Region global variable is modified.

| Cure Period to Remedy Breach | Key Term | Agiloft | This label extracts the period of time given to a breaching party to remedy its breach. It does not capture cure periods for specific types of breaches (for example, a failure to pay fees when due). |
| Duration | Key Term | Agiloft | This label extracts the duration of the initial term of the agreement if expressly stated in years or months in the term clause of the agreement. In cases where the initial term of the agreement ends upon the expiration of a stated period of time or the satisfaction of another condition, this label will extract the stated period of time only. |
| Effective Date | Key Term | Agiloft/Cognizer | This label extracts the definition of "Effective Date" when it is a set date expressly stated in the preamble of the agreement (when extracted by the Agiloft model), or when it is a set date expressly stated in either the preamble or signature blocks of the agreement (when extracted by the Cognizer model). |
