ConvoAI, with Genius™ by Cognizer uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about the contracts in your KB. You can ask questions directly in the Agiloft search bar, or as a chat in Microsoft Teams.
Answers appear in the form of a record count, with each of the records listed in the table view. Each record also shows a color-coded confidence score: high confidence is stylized in green, whereas low and medium confidence are stylized in red.
ConvoAI is available for early adopters who are interested in trying it out and providing feedback. To be eligible, you must be on U.S.-based shared servers, and you must enable the new UI if you haven't already. If you're interested, fill out the sign-up form here.
