ConvoAI

ConvoAI, with Genius™ by Cognizer uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about the contracts in your KB.

We offer two ways to use ConvoAI:

  • ConvoAI Repository Q&A: You can ask questions directly in the Agiloft search bar, as a chat in Microsoft Teams. Answers appear in the form of a record count, with each of the records listed in the table view. Each record also shows a color-coded confidence score: high confidence is stylized in green, whereas low and medium confidence are stylized in red.
  • ConvoAI Document Q&A: You can ask questions in the document viewer about a contract. Answers are returned in a conversational manner that quotes the specific contract text where applicable.

The scope of concepts searchable with ConvoAI will continue to grow over time.
