Applying Languages to Teams

A user's team determines which languages appear in the language drop-down. The knowledgebase must have a Language license installed for the language options to be available. The default language does not need to be selected.

To make a language available to a specific team.

  1. Go to Setup > Access > Manage Teams.
  2. Edit the relevant team.
  3. Navigate to the Languages tab, then select the appropriate languages from the drop-down.
  4. Click Finish to save the change.

To provide language access for end users in the custom EUI, you must also edit the EUI Templates to introduce a language drop-down. See the Localization section in EUI Setup Tips for details.
