Agiloft for Microsoft Teams

The Agiloft application for Microsoft Teams offers a fully connected customer experience between the Teams application and Agiloft.

With this feature, you can receive Agiloft notifications directly within Teams, approve contracts or other processes, receive notifications when contracts related to your workflow are approved, and even search for contract information using artificial intelligence with ConvoAI.

The Teams app can help you reduce time spent in between contract statuses, notify individuals or groups of people quickly and directly about processes that concern them, and act as another way to prevent important updates from being missed.

After installing the app in Teams, the rest of the configuration is reliant upon Agiloft's rules and actions. This is what allows you to choose information in Agiloft to send as Teams messages.
