SP Answer records are similar to choices in a choice list. Multiple SP Answer records are bundled into an SP Answer Set record to create a scoring scale. Each SP Answer has an associated Score, a Sort Order, and an option to 'Treat Answer as N/A.' The Sort Order determines the placement in the SP Answer Set. Choosing Treat Answer as N/A will not count the answer towards the overall rating.

Normally, SP Answer records are created directly from an SP Answer Set record.
