This table holds the list of available renewal types for contracts.

Use Case

Each Renewal Type record contains the following details:

Renewal Type: This is the value displayed in a dropdown list in Contracts. This must be a unique value.

Status: Possible values are Active and Inactive. Only Active Renewal Types are available for selection in Contracts.

Available for Parent Renewal Types: If a Contract has a Parent Contract, Renewal Types are further filtered based on the Parent Contract's Renewal Type. The Renewal Type "Evergreen", for example, is only available if the Parent Contract also has a Renewal Type of "Evergreen".

Extra Fields to Show: Used to determine the visibility conditions of various fields in Contracts. For example, the Contract End Date field is not required when the Renewal Type is "Evergreen".

The Contract Table contains a link to selected non-MVE to the Renewal Types table, consisting of the fields Renewal Type and Extra Fields to Show.
