The appearance of the End User Interface can be fully customized to match the appearance of your website.

To define a look-and-feel scheme, navigate to Setup > Look & Feel > Manage End-User Schemes.

To customize the text/graphics that appear above and below the End-User interface, navigate to Setup > Look & Feel > Manage End-User Schemes > Edit > Content Page Header.
