Troubleshooting Errors

This topic describes some of the tools and methods available to  Agiloft system administrators to troubleshoot errors.

In Linux, the following parameters can be used when generating multiple file dumps:

  • -n <numeric value> - Defines the number of dump files
  • -d <numeric value> - Defines the time delay between consequent dump files in milliseconds

Example

 ALHOME/bin/dump_for_debug -r -d 1000 -n 10

This command means that the system will take 10 file dumps with 1000 millisecond intervals between dumps.
