This table holds records of Adobe Sign status values in order to provide users with a customizable list of statuses. Customizable status lists are included in the system because they can often be more useful than the default Adobe Sign statuses. The status values appear within the Adobe Sign Agreement and Adobe Sign Recipient records. The Adobe Sign Status table allows several statuses to be grouped under a status category, such as Draft or Sent, and can also provide meaning for some of the more obscure statuses.

Automation

The Standard System Demo does not contain any rules, or actions, in the Adobe Sign Statuses table by default.

Ownership

The Standard System Demo system does not define ownership of records in Adobe Sign Statuses table by default.
