If a user's Left Pane navigation menu is missing or corrupted in some way, an administrator can reset their GUI preferences to fix the problem.
- Log in to the Admin Console.
- Edit the knowledgebase.
- Click Reset User GUI Preferences.
- Enter the user's login.
- Click Finish.
