If identical group names to the source KB are desired in the target KB, the groups must be set up in the target KB prior to import.

Tracking Import Progress

The console import screen tracks the progress of the import. However, if the screen is closed or the connection is lost, the import can be tracked manually instead:

1. Navigate to the /opt/server/Agiloft/tmp directory and locate any folders whose name begins with ewtgz. If there are multiple such folders, locate the one that was created most recently.
2. Check the size of the folder. This size decreases over time; when it reaches 0, the import is complete.
