SP Questions are question templates that are bundled into Question Set records. For more information on Question Sets, visit the SP Question Sets article. For reference, a question score is given for an individual answer to a question, whereas the performance score is a larger score comprised of the scores from multiple questions.

• Status: Active by default. If set to Inactive, this question will not be included in future evaluations.
• Answer Type: Determines the behavior of this question, and if it is scored or not.
  • Choice & Optional Comment: Requires the evaluator to pick an answer from a provided list of choices, with the option to enter a text comment. These questions are scored and used to calculate the supplier's performance score.
  • Comment Only: Requires the evaluator to enter a text comment. These questions are not scored.
  • Section Divider: This does not require an answer from the evaluator. Instead, these are used only for visual separation of various question sections.
• KPI Type: In addition to the overall performance score, suppliers are also rated on individual KPIs such as delivery, price, quality, etc. The score for the question will be counted towards the KPI picked here.
• Question: The question text that the evaluator sees.
• Answer Set: Available if the "Answer Type" is "Choice & Optional Comment". Determines the list of options the user will see.
• Sort Order: Determines the placement of this question in the overall survey.
