Overview
This Standard System Documentation is a reference guide that presents information about the design of the out-of-the-box system and how elements like navigation, user roles, workflows and automation, tables, and user interfaces are implemented by default. Its purpose is to familiarize you with the default system and the concepts that inform its design before you start customizing it. Learning about the default setup can help you determine what functionality to use as-is, which components to repurpose, and what features to disable or hide. It may help you finalize your particular use cases or discover new use cases that could benefit your organization. This guide also introduces you to the Agiloft terminology used throughout the system and documentation.
Additional Documentation
In addition to this reference, the Help Guide includes detailed instructions to help you and your end users complete basic and complex tasks, learn about new features, install add-ons, set up integrations, customize and extend the system, and perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
The sections included in this guide are detailed but not all-inclusive. The system provides additional documentation internally for some features. This content is in the form of table, field, rule, and permission descriptions and configuration settings. For information about exporting the internal system documentation, see Built-in System Documentation.
