Core Tables

Certain tables are foundational to the platform. They store supporting data, like company records, documents, and templates, and define processes, like approvals and tasks, that are crucial to Contract, Sourcing Event, and Project Management. This section describes the groups of tables at the core of the platform.

  • Approval Management: Approval processes are a critical part of Contract and Sourcing Event Managment workflows and can be incorporated into other modules.
  • Task Management: Tasks are integrated into Contract and Project workflows and can also be included in other areas of the system.
  • Attachment Management: Attachment tables store file attachments for Contracts, Sourcing Events, and Company Documents and provide document comparison and version control features.
  • Company Management: Company tables support Contract, Sourcing Event, and Supplier Management, including the Supplier Portal.
  • Document Template Management: Document templates are an integral part of Contract and Sourcing Event Management, aiding users in efficiently generating consistent, standardized documents.
  • Email Texts Table: Like document template management, this table facilitates creating and storing pre-configured email templates for sending standardized emails from the system.
