Contract Management
The Contract Management module is designed with a variety of out-of-the-box approval processes that can be modified to better fit a desired business process. The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system is comprised of a few main process tables, with background tables playing a supporting role. The diagram below represents the default CLM table structure of the out-of-the-box system.
The Supplier Portal is also designed to be used with the CLM module if you handle buy-side contracts. It simplifies the task of managing insurance certificates and other company documents.
