This table holds a list of AI-trained document types, such as Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work. Out of the box, Agiloft's AI has been trained to recognize clauses and key terms in certain Document Types which are already available in this table. The AI Document Type table contains the following fields:

• Document Type: used to hold the name of the document type. Ideally, this should have a matching Contract Type record in the Contract Type table.
• Default Contract Type: links to the Contract Types table and holds the Contract Type that matches the Document Type field.
• Default Contract Type ID: links to the Contract Types table and holds the ID of the Contract Type that matches the Document Type field.

Use Case

The list in this table is what is displayed as the list of available Document Types in the Word Add-In. If you are importing new AI Models that have been trained with additional Document Types, the new Document Types must be added here before they are available for use. Simply adding a new Document Type without importing a new model trained to recognize it will not have any impact, and is not recommended.
