Using the Notification Center

Whenever the system sends an email notification, that message is also represented in the notification center directly in Agiloft. At minimum, any comments that tag you are represented in the notification center, but you might also see notifications for records that are assigned to you, contracts that are approved, tasks that are overdue, and much more, determined by the Notification actions that are configured in your system.

In the notification center, you can:

  • Click any notification to open it. Comment notifications jump to the record and comment in question. Email notifications open the content of the email in the same pane, where you can review the details and take action if needed. Remember that email notifications are also still sent to your email address, where you can also take action on them.
  • Toggle an item between read and unread as needed.
  • Mark all items as read using the three-dot menu.
  • Toggle the notification center between showing all notifications and showing only unread notifications.

Notifications remain available for 60 days.
